- To make meat sauce, brown mince(ground beef) until fully cooked and drain off excess fat except for one tablespoons.
- Chop all veg, and add to meat saute for 2 minutes, then add dried herbs and all the liquids and salt n pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes until veg is cooked and sauce is reduced. Allow to cool..
