Makayla Special step by step

1. Put oil in pan with butter and heat to medium.
2. Place pork in a bowl mixed with eggs and milk already whisked up. Make sure to coat both sides of pork in egg wash mix.
3. Place pork individually in a bag of flour with the steak n shake seasoning already mixed into the flour. Shake pork until it is fully coated.
4. Place pork in sautee pan and season more steak n shake seasoning on top.
5. Coat on both sides until golden brown.
6. Make sure to check for doneness with meat thermometer.
