  1. You need 3 tbsp of Extra virgin olive oil.
  2. It's 1 1/2 tbsp of Lemon Juice.
  3. You need 1 clove of Minced garlic.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of Dried oregano.
  5. You need 1/4 tsp of Sea salt.
  6. It's 1/4 tsp of Ground black pepper.
  7. You need 3 of Tomatoes.
  8. You need 1/4 of Red onion.
  9. You need 1/2 of Cucumber.
  10. You need 1/2 of Green pepper.
  11. It's 4 oz of Feta cheese.

Greek Salad step by step

  1. Cut tomatoes into wedges.
  2. Slice red onion into rings.
  3. Slice cucumber into thick half moons.
  4. Julienne the green pepper.
  5. Place olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano in a small jar with a screw top lid and shake to combine.
  6. Place salad ingredients in large bowl.
  7. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to combine.
