- It's 1/4 tsp of Ground black pepper.
- You need 3 of Tomatoes.
- You need 1/4 of Red onion.
- You need 1/2 of Cucumber.

Greek Salad step by step
- Cut tomatoes into wedges.
- Slice red onion into rings.
- Slice cucumber into thick half moons.
- Julienne the green pepper.
- Place olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano in a small jar with a screw top lid and shake to combine.
- Place salad ingredients in large bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to combine.
